Did you
know that stress can steal 7 years of your life?
Reclaim
Your Inner
Calm!
From the desk of
Elisabeth Kuhn, Ph.D.:
Dear Friend:
If
you have a lot of stress in your life, this might be the most important
letter you've read in
a very long time. Stress affects the quality of your life, your
career, your health. Even your life itself is at risk when
you're dealing with excess stress.
What's it like when you feel REALLY stressed?
You're
freaked out.
You
don't know what to do.
You
wish you could just crawl under the covers... or that it would all just
GO AWAY!
You're
afraid you'll explode, and wonder if that may not be a good thing...
You
don't know what to do
And
you know that stress can kill you, don't you?
But
it usually doesn't, at least not right away, and so it leaves you right
in the situation that caused all that stress in the first place and you
still need to figure out a way to cope.
I understand how
you feel. I've been there. A LOT! And I
still find myself in those situations occasionally (more often than I'd
like).
But as I struggled to survive breast cancer and one crisis after the
other, I discovered the techniques I'm going to show you, and, well,
while I still get stressed, I don't stay there very long anymore.
So
because I'm using these powerful techniques, I quickly regain my inner
calm, which
allows me to do what
needs to get done -- quickly and efficiently. Oh ...and calmly.
Wouldn't
you like to be able to reclaim YOUR inner calm too?
Quickly?
Easily? Now you can.
I
was so excited about the results I was getting from these stress relief
secrets that wanted to share them with you. I wrote a
book for people who struggle with exactly this problem.
In
fact, one of the things you're really going to love about my book is
that the strategies are presented in bite-sized chunks.
There's also a quick
action guide for immediate
results.
So
you can dive in and apply them right away -- whenever you feel the
least bit stressed.
But
of course, you may wonder: Who the heck am I and how come
I know so much about stress?
As
I said, I've
been there!
In
fact, I've had years and years where I was routinely so stressed I
that when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, my first thought was
relief! Finally, it would be all over!
That
was no way to live. And in fact, I probably wouldn't be
alive if I hadn't learned, gradually at first, then more and more
deliberately and quickly, what to do to help myself "snap out of it"
and get calm again, certainly calm enough to do well in exams and to
just keep going and do the things I needed to get done.
Especially
after my breast cancer diagnosis, once I decided that YES, I wanted to
live after all! And what it took was to get a grip on that
stress thing.
What
was so stressful?
I
was a foreign student working on a Ph.D. at
the University of California at Berkeley. Money was tight.
I found myself in a panic attack every time tuition was due
and I didn't know how to pay for it.
Because English was not my
first language, I was not a very fast reader, and so I often panicked
when I
realized that there was more reading to do for the upcoming test than I
could possibly accomplish even if I read around the clock.
And
those tests themselves...
In
fact, I got one of my most valuable lessons in a workshop I took
after I freaked out during a test -- I knew I had a problem.
And I was determined to fix it.
And I did.
You can too. Sooner than you might imagine.
Why
do I know this works for others too?
A treasure
box...
It is easy to read and fun. I love the short
paragraphs.
The format of what to do now and what may take some time is a fantastic
idea.
Elisabeth's toolbox is actually more of a treasure box.
It is packed full of useful precious gems, any one of which
will help you on your way to feeling better, NOW!.

I
got my Ph.D., became a professor, and taught those same techniques to
my students. And yes, it worked for them too.
They also learned to stay calm in the middle of the storm.
But
not before I spent a number of years still struggling with ever
mounting stress. I had gotten myself from
the frying pan into the fire!
And
then, an even bigger challenge was yet to come:
I
was diagnosed with breast
cancer.
And
that's when I went on a mission. I knew that my ongoing
stress had affected my immune system, and I needed to make changes.
As
I made sure to apply the strategies I had learned, my life improved.
But
it was only a few years ago when I discovered some of the most
powerful strategies of all, the ones that INSTANTLY helped me calm
down, no matter what.
And
they will help you too.
What a
wonderful resource!
What a wonderful resource! I've never heard of hot
spiced chocolate.
It's something I'd like to try. You're an incredible writer.
Thanks so much..

Now here's another reason why
keeping stress in its place is a good idea:
You are probably already aware of the fact that, as they
say, "When it rains, it pours." You know they don't say
that for nothing. You know that's really how it works.
I noticed that whenever I
started the day feeling bad, things went downhill from there.
I bet you have noticed the same thing.
The reverse was true as well.
When I felt good, things got better and better.
That's why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
And you too may already be aware of everything going so much more
smoothly when you're relaxed and in a positive frame of mind.
Now we all
know just how important it is to feel
good. I myself make a conscious effort to keep my
spirits as high as possible at all times. Well, most of the
time. I'm
human ;-)
And I'm sure so do you. But sometimes, it can get awfully
hard...
You're going to find it so much easier though, once you discover the
techniques I'm going to show you in Instant Stress Relief Strategies!
By now, you can probably see the benefits of being able to calm
yourself instantly. You can imagine how good you'll feel when
your tense muscles relax. You can hear yourself breathing
that sigh of relief.
So
here's your chance to learn how to make yourself feel better at will.
How to
make yourself more resistant to stress and frustration.
I'm going to put a toolbox full
of strategies at your fingertips that will help you manage your moods
like you've never thought possible.
You too can make yourself feel
better within minutes by using the instant stress relief strategies
you'll find in this book, and
blues-proof
yourself for the future with some of the "deeper" techniques that have
more long-term
cumulative effects.
I'd
like to invite you to take charge of your emotions with:
Here's
what others have had to say about Instant Stress
Relief Strategies:
Like reading a
letter from a friend...
The
suggestions you offer are fabulous... Some of them gave me a
giggle too! I was extremely moved by your sharing your own
struggles as you learned how to make yourself feel better through some
very painful and scary times. You are living proof that these
techniques work not only on superficial problems but also on some of
the most stressful experiences of our lives.

An excellent
read...
This is an excellent read for someone that is
experiencing depression or anxiety, and wants to learn how to gain
control
of their life..

I have used
many of your techniques to survive...
I have really enjoyed your ebook. I think one of
the things I enjoy the most
about it is the feeling that there is someone who went through a
really bad time and came out of it because she drew from
every strong thing she had in her...
I have used many of your techniques to survive, to get to sleep, to
calm myself...
Reading your ebook reminded me that other women go through very lonely
painful times
for a variety of reasons. That I have a long list of things to be
thankful
for and that I live in a world where chocolate, hot baths, and books
are an option.

not only can getting rid of stress make you feel better but it can

and feel better year after year after year.
P.P.P.S.: Wouldn't you agree that some of the articles you
read in the press about the health dangers of stress are mighty scary?
But then, YOU won't have to worry so much about that anymore.
Think of how good it will feel to be relaxed instead of tense
next time one of those formerly stressful situations occur.
In fact, by now, you may have already started to think of all
the ways you can feel good about spending all the money you'll be
saving. Bye now!
